Max brings more than 20 years of commercial experience to DP World Australia. He is responsible for overseeing and integrating all aspects of the company’s commercial delivery, including revenue streams, customer engagement, customer satisfaction, business development and stakeholder engagement.
Since joining DP World Australia, Max has driven a number of significant customer-focused projects, including commissioning independent research on DP World Australia's customer engagements. Max recognises that DP World Australia operates in competitive local market, where pressures on pricing and cost reflect global industry pressures.
Customer research is central to DP World Australia's commitment and focus to deliver and exceed our customers' experiences, and build deeper relationships.
Max has held several management roles in the transport and infrastructure sectors. He worked for Aurizon in the role of General Manager, Corridors and Key Accounts, before joining DP World Australia. Prior to that Max held the GM role at Queensland Rail Travel, where he was responsible for driving commercial performance, providing strategic direction, directing pricing strategy, developing new products and services and managing a high-performance team.
