As Chief HR Manager he builds future capability and assures the company's continued success by encouraging investment in leadership development. He has introduced a talent management and succession program, which helps to cultivate the leaders of our future.
I've worked with leaders from across the business to generate Our Compass, which sets the company direction, articulates goals for the future and affirms the company intention to operate as a unified team.
Craig has more than 25 years of experience in HR, across manufacturing, health care, telecommunications and fast moving consumer goods. He held senior executive roles at Coca-Cola Amatil from 1999-2012. He was Head of HR for more than 2000 employees across Australian supply chain operations and was Group HR Manager working with leadership teams in ANZ, PNG, Fiji and Indonesia.
Before then, Craig was with Optus Communications during the start-up and rapid growth phase. He managed large-scale organisational design and change through a period of significant growth.
